Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping is seeking a security professional to monitor warehouse activities 24 hours using surveillance systems and to secure the premises before opening and after closing.

The role includes patrolling the selling area during operations, detaining shoplifters per policy, reporting infractions, assisting during evacuations, and supporting the Lost & Found program, with investigations as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Conducts 24 hours monitoring and review of all happenings within the entire warehouse and perimeters from the security surveillance equipment.
• Responsible for securing the Warehouse prior to its opening and in closing at night.
• Stationed and conducts roving at the selling area during store operations.
• Tracks and apprehends shoplifters and employees pilfering in accordance with set guidelines.
• Reports to Manager all infractions/ violations committed by employees and agency personnel against established rules & regulations of the company.
• To assist and enforce the Lost & Found policy of the company.
• Prepare and submit essential report to the Manager, any untoward incidents that occur during daily operation.
• To ensure that all fire exits, fire extinguishers and all other Fire equipment are complete and working and must always free from any obstruction.
• To assist customers/employees in case of emergency evacuation.
• Conduct investigations as regulate by the Management.
• Other task that the management may direct from time to time
