Key duties include supervising daily security operations, guiding the team, conducting inspections, monitoring CCTV and access controls, and preparing incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations of the property.
• Supervise and guide the security team to implement procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, patrols, and risk assessments.
• Monitor CCTV systems and access controls.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
• Prepare accurate incident and security reports.
• Assist in developing emergency response and crisis management procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external security or emergency agencies.
• Support security awareness programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety and security requirements.
• Assist the Security Manager in maintaining a professional, vigilant, and service-oriented team.
