Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of guests, employees, visitors, and service personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and report any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Maintain order and assist in preventing theft, unauthorized access, damage, and other security incidents.
• Assist guests and visitors with basic security-related concerns.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and safety incidents.
• Prepare and submit incident reports, logbook entries, and other required security records.
• Enforce hotel security rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with hotel management and other security personnel when necessary.
