Job summary

ACCIONA is hiring a Security Coordinator for the Malolos-Clark Railway Project. The role designs and oversees the physical security plan, mitigating theft, vandalism and disruptions while protecting personnel and assets through integrated security systems and trained guards.

You will collaborate with HSE and community relations, supervise security staff, and maintain liaison with law enforcement and emergency services to ensure project continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management, Criminology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience heading security operations in high-stakes environments.
• Expertise in electronic security systems integration and physical perimeter defense.
• Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee a comprehensive physical security plan for the project.
• Mitigate risks including theft, sabotage, social unrest, and unauthorized intrusion.
• Oversee sub-contracted guard force KPIs and daily operations.
• Supervise deployment of security systems (PIDS, CCTV, access control).
• Conduct investigations and deliver corrective reports.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Coordinate with HSE to align security with safety regulations.
