Job summary

AGLIPAY Security, Inc. in Laguna seeks a vigilant Security Officer to patrol the client’s premises and ensure safety. You will monitor activities, control access, and respond to incidents while keeping a detailed security log.

Ideal candidates hold a valid security license, have completed security training, and are capable of writing clear reports. Strong communication, observation skills, and physical fitness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School or Senior High School education.
• Valid Security License is required.
• Undergone proper security training.
• Complete 201 file including COE from previous employment.
• No derogatory record involving moral turpitude or criminal activity.
• Able to read, write, and prepare basic reports.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor the client's premises to maintain safety and security.
• Monitor and report daily activities and security incidents.
• Maintain and update the security logbook throughout the tour of duty.
• Control unauthorized entry and access to the client's premises.
• Implement security procedures for entry/exit of persons, properties, and supplies.
• Ensure security systems and equipment are functioning properly.
• Use two-way radios for communication and coordination.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and appropriately.
• Attend to complaints and concerns of guests and employees.
• Maintain order and security within the assigned area.

Job description

This position is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the client's premises, personnel, guests, and properties. You will patrol and monitor assigned areas, control access, implement security procedures, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents. The role requires alertness, discipline, professionalism, and the ability to effectively respond to security concerns in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

About you
