• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any suspicious activity, ensuring the safety and security of the building, property, and personnel.
• Access Control & Monitoring: Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials of visitors, and control access to restricted areas to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Incident Response & Reporting: Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, such as alarms or disturbances, and document all activities, incidents, and irregularities in detailed reports.
• Continuously observe and monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect any unusual activities, ensuring a secure environment for employees, customers, and assets.
• Access Control & Safety: Control access points by checking identification, managing visitor logs, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
• Emergency Response & Reporting: Act as the first responder to security breaches, emergencies, or safety hazards, and promptly report incidents to law enforcement or supervisors, while documenting all occurrences.
