Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math/Statistics or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in security operations or web security analysis.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Knowledge of phishing, malware, and vulnerabilities in web context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• 2+ years in people management and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of tech process analysts and specialists.
• Balance team workload and provide development opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams clearly.
• Monitor SLAs and discuss risks/issues with workflow management.
• Develop understanding of process flows and identify improvements.
• Perform technical audit/reviews of code changes by L3/L4.
• Develop complex data analyses to identify harmful entities and trends.
• Perform static/dynamic analysis of threats on websites.
