Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in security operations, web security analysis, or related analytical roles.
• Proficient in querying and analyzing large datasets using SQL and Python.
• Demonstrated knowledge of threat landscape targeting websites, including phishing, malware, or vulnerabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• 2+ years of experience in people management and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of tech process analysts and specialists.
• Oversee workload distribution and provide development opportunities.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to discuss risks and issues.
• Monitor SLAs and serve as a point of contact for workflow risk management.
• Develop deep understanding of process flows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform technical audits of code changes by L3 and L4.
• Develop complex data analyses to identify harmful entities and system vulnerabilities.
• Perform static and dynamic analysis of threats on websites (phishing, malware, social engineering).
