Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a security and resilience senior associate to provide close support to our security team and focus on comprehensive intake and triage of complaints, concerns, and escalations related to a range of security issues, including leaks of intellectual property, loss of prototypes, and to recover data or remediate risks from data moved outside the corporate environment.

You will work on incident acknowledgement, handling, investigation reviews with available tools,

Qualifications

Collect, organize, and analyze data from CCTV footage using security tools.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences; write clear reports; present complex information clearly.
Analyze data to identify threats and communicate findings clearly.
Think critically, solve problems quickly, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Collaborate effectively with others to solve problems.

Responsibilities

Acknowledge, handle, and review incidents and events.
Document, respond to, and coordinate required information to the concerned party.
Conduct investigations using available tools.
Write accurate and complete investigation reports.
Ensure SLO for response and resolution are met.
Ensure compliance with information security and data protection guidelines.
Detect and ensure timely escalation.
