Job summary

Asian Development Bank is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Analyst to support the Field Security Team with administration, budgeting, and coordination across headquarters and field offices. The role includes data management, reporting, and contract processing to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with international security structures.
• Experience developing budgets and tracking expenditures.
• Proven ability to maintain records and reports.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin, budget, and coordination support to the Field Security Team.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and consolidate outputs.
• Maintain field security databases and ensure data integrity.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for field security missions.
• Administer consultant selection and contract processing.
• Support security training programs for personnel across HQ and field offices.
• Serve as focal point for field security communications and triage inquiries.
• Monitor field security budget and assist with reporting cycles.
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and payments.
• Liaise with UNSMS counterparts to ensure compliance.
