Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Security Assistant to safeguard premises, assets, and staff.

You will support the security team in protocols, surveillance, and emergencies, with responsibilities for audits, theft investigations, and incident reporting. The ideal candidate has a criminology-related degree, basic security experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field is required.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
• At least 6 months of working experience in security, enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts store audits to identify fraud areas or procedural deficiencies.
• Investigates known or suspected internal or external theft and vendor fraud.
• Identifies and reports merchandise or stock shortages.
• Verifies the functioning of physical security systems, such as CCTV, alarms, sensor tags, or locks.
• Maintains documentation of reports on security-related incidents or investigations.
• Follows emergency procedures and provides support to emergency responders.
• Adheres to all company security policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Stays up-to-date with security industry trends and best practices.
