IntouchCX is looking for a Security Analyst to manage the physical security across our Philippines campuses, including Manila. This role entails assisting in fraud risk assessments, promoting security initiatives, and ensuring compliance with security laws.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree and a strong sense of security, with good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Availability for after-hours work is required.

Qualifications

• Background in security is ideal but not necessary.
• Sound judgment and demonstration of situational awareness.
• Working knowledge of current industry trends and developments pertaining to security operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Security Manager in promoting strategic security plans.
• Conduct client risk assessments and go-live assessments.
• Provide support in the implementation of Fraud Prevention Program.
