Job summary

IntouchCX is looking for a Security Analyst to manage the physical security across our Philippines campuses, including Manila. This role entails assisting in fraud risk assessments, promoting security initiatives, and ensuring compliance with security laws.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree and a strong sense of security, with good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Availability for after-hours work is required.

About The Job

The Security Analyst will assist in the management of the physical security for all of the Philippines campus locations (Manila, Clark or Cebu) and help promote security and fraud awareness programs. The ideal candidate will also assist the Security Manager in completing the fraud risk assessments for all clients in the Philippines and follow through on the action plans.

As Security Analyst, You Will…

• Assist the Security Manager in promoting the strategic security plans as well as regional security initiatives in the Philippines
• Assist in conducting client risk assessments and go‑live assessments
• Provide support in the implementation of Fraud Prevention Program in the Philippines
• Assist in conducting investigations on security and fraud‑related cases
• Maintain compliance with applicable security laws, regulations, internal security policies, procedures and standards across all the Philippines campus locations
• Conduct external security audits and external security risk assessments
• Monitor and assess incidents and events using all available tools and resources
• Conduct accurate data gathering to support the implementation of the Security framework and programs
• Oversee the site security team in the conduct of security engineering and daily activities

As Security Analyst, You Have…

• Post‑secondary degree or equivalent is preferred

• Working knowledge of current industry trends and developments pertaining to security operations such as physical access controls, CCTV, incident response
• Ability to build relationships and work in a team atmosphere

• Availability for work after normal work hours is required – on‑call availability
