Job summary

Credit Corp Group is seeking a Security Support Analyst to strengthen our information security posture across our global footprint. The role supports audits, reports, and remediation activities in a hybrid Manila setting, with responsibilities spanning technical assessments, tooling, and policy enforcement.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in GRC/security compliance, hands-on experience with endpoints, DLP, NAC, and Microsoft server environments, and a proactive mindset to drive security

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent certifications and hands-on experience.
Experience with endpoint protection and DLP technologies.
Experience with Insider Threat Management.
Knowledge of Secure Web Gateways and Secure Credential Management.
Experience with NAC, Microsoft Server Administration, AD, GPO, DFS.
Basic Linux familiarity and basic network troubleshooting.
Experience in security audits, risk assessments, and policy enforcement; 2–3 years in GRC/security compliance.
Ability to improve security processes through AI automation.

As a Security Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and strengthening our information security posture, ensuring compliance with security standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Security Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating security audit and compliance activities
Preparing and maintaining security and compliance reports
Coordinating and responding to external client and stakeholder audits
Conducting technical security assessments
Managing penetration testing engagements and remediation activities
Administering and maintaining security tools and technologies
