TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Securities Operations Director for our Manila-based team in BGC, Taguig. The role oversees Wealth and Investment Management Operations and requires strong leadership of diverse managers and compliance focus.

The candidate will drive strategic initiatives, optimize security operations, and mentor staff, ensuring alignment with risk controls, regulatory standards, and business objectives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, or Economics.
• FINRA Series 99 license is a plus.
• 8+ years in Securities Operations with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise experienced managers and specialized management teams.
• Lead organization-wide initiatives of moderate to high complexity involving cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify strategies for process improvements and risk mitigation within security operations.
• Make strategic decisions to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with high-risk deliverables.
• Develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate to high complexity.
• Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels, including managers.
• Drive the team to meet objectives.
• Oversee resource allocation, including personnel and financials, within Securities Operations.
• Foster a culture focused on talent development aligned with business goals and strategies.
