Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions seeks a Securities Operations Director to oversee teams in Manila, Philippines. The role is onsite in Taguig with a night shift, leading operations across wealth and investment management fronts and driving strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in securities operations, with at least 4 years in senior leadership. Deep knowledge of lifecycle, money movement, SWIFT, market infrastructures, and data analytics is essential.

Qualifications

8+ years of Securities Operations experience, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (director level)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Strong knowledge of the securities lifecycle, Money Movement, SWIFT messaging, and market infrastructures
Proficiency in data analytics tools
Familiarity with automation, RPA, AI, and digital transformation initiatives within operations

Responsibilities

Supervise experienced managers and specialized management teams
Lead organization-wide initiatives of moderate to high complexity involving cross-functional stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements and risk mitigation strategies within securities operations
Make strategic decisions to resolve complex issues and achieve high-risk deliverables
Develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate to high complexity
Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels, including managers
Lead the team to meet their objectives
Oversee the allocation of personnel and financial resources within Securities Operations
Foster a culture of talent development aligned with business goals and strategies
