Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, or Economics.
• FINRA Series 99 license is a plus.
• 8+ years in Securities Operations with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise experienced managers and specialized management teams.
• Lead organization-wide initiatives of moderate to high complexity involving cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify strategies for process improvements and risk mitigation within security operations.
• Make strategic decisions to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with high-risk deliverables.
• Develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate to high complexity.
• Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels, including managers.
• Drive the team to meet objectives.
• Oversee resource allocation, including personnel and financials, within Securities Operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Professional FINRA licenses such as Series 99 are a plus
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Securities Operations within Banking Operations, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (Director level or higher)
• Strong knowledge of the securities lifecycle, Money Movement, SWIFT messaging, and market infrastructures (e.g., DTCC, NSCC)
• Proficiency in data analytics tools
• Familiarity with automation, RPA, AI, and digital transformation initiatives in Operations
