Qualifications

• Clear speaker and communicator with a friendly phone manner.
• Ability to qualify loan enquiries and input client data into the CRM.
• Proactive follow-ups and meeting lending criteria.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound loan enquiries from AU/NZ business owners.
• Issue Conditional Approvals and process document payments.
• Follow up with clients to gather information and update CRM.
• Make outbound calls to re-engage old leads.
