Qualifications

• First Degree in Business Commerce.
• Advanced experience leading executive-level client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams across cross-functional groups.
• Strong risk management and client risk control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage and maintain the client lifecycle and data for the department.
• Coordinate strategic dialogue across CIB and banking franchise to target clients and drive growth.
• Build client-centric strategies to deepen wallet share and ensure deal closure end-to-end.
• Lead and develop the CST, ensuring compliant, value-driven client solutions.
