Job summary

Unilever Philippines seeks a Section Lead for the BWPC Cavite site, onsite. The role reports to the BW-PC Sourcing Unit Manager and oversees the manufacturing section to meet safety, quality, service, waste and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Fresh grads with active org leadership experience are welcome.
• Must understand SHE standards and GMPs.
• Ability to manage conflict while fostering an inclusive environment.
• Experience in WCM/UMS, R2S preferred.
• Understand how operational performance ties to financials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure min 95% output reliability and top productivity.
• Develop agile work systems to empower autonomous teams.
• Coordinate all production activities through the section.
• Integrate UMS and R2S methodologies and best practices.
• Drive autonomous maintenance of equipment.
• Deliver cost, OEE, and waste targets for the section.
• Coach and train teams to build capability.
• Lead continuous improvement projects reducing losses and waste.
• Initiate digitalization projects to automate and increase data visibility.
