Job summary

D & L Industries in the Philippines seeks a Manufacturing Section Lead to oversee and coordinate a section within the manufacturing department, ensuring efficient production processes, quality standards, and meeting production targets.

You will manage a team, implement schedules, monitor production, ensure health and safety standards, and organize training for the team, with emphasis on HACCP and internal audits.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Engineering; having a license is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing food industry.
• Knowledge of Production Planning and Scheduling; HACCP and Internal Audit; ability to train team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure reliable, efficient operations and product quality.
• Implement standards, procedures, and processes to manufacture high-quality products.
• Plan and organize production schedules.
• Monitor production to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment for smooth operations.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
• Determine quality control standards.
• Oversee production processes and set objectives with action plans.
• Ensure company regulations and government legislations are adhered to.
• Supervise multi-skillers and OSPs; organize relevant training sessions.
