GameOne PH is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to assist customers and support daily store operations at SM North iTech Store. You will drive sales through friendly service and product knowledge, while maintaining visual standards and merchandising.

The role requires reliability, adaptability, and willingness to work with customers and team members during the seasonal period. Training will be provided, and the position is ideal for individuals seeking seasonal retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or College Level.
• Must have a good working attitude, positive personality, and approachable character.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to report for all scheduled shifts.
• Highly trainable and willing to learn.
• Able to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic knowledge of IT products, games, laptops, PCs, and cellular phones is an advantage.
• Willing to work as a Seasonal Sales Associate for the required seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and provide basic product information.
• Implement sales initiatives through suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge, and highlighting ongoing promotions and offers.
• Help achieve branch sales targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Ensure that merchandise is properly tagged, displayed, and maintained according to approved store visual standards.
• Ensure that products are properly secured, organized, and accounted for at all times.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the store.
• Support other store activities and operations as needed, especially during peak seasons and high customer volume.
• Perform other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to the position as may be assigned by the immediate superior or management.
