Qualifications

• High School graduate to College Level
• NC II in Computer Hardware Servicing is a plus
• Tech-savvy and interested in IT, computers, and gaming
• Eager to learn and willing to undergo training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Entertain and assist customers in the store
• Demonstrate, promote, and sell IT and gaming products
• Provide basic product information, support, and troubleshooting assistance
• Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences
• Maintain proper product presentation and ensure the sales area is organized
• Support ongoing store promotions and sales initiatives
• Work closely with the team to provide an excellent customer experience
• Perform other tasks related to daily store operations as needed
