Job summary

BIGHOP CONSULTANCY SERVICES is seeking a Seasonal Frontliner to assist customers and help them find the right product for a limited period.

You will greet guests, answer questions, make recommendations, and ensure shelves are stocked while maintaining a welcoming store environment at IBOOK and INBOX SM Clark.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Preferably residing near the assigned store
• Willing to be assigned at IBOOK and INBOX SM Clark.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the shop, ask whether they would like assistance with anything and provide help if needed in a friendly, hospitable and efficient manner.
• Remains knowledgeable about and answer questions related to merchandise, sales, promotions and store policy;
• Provides recommendations based on customer’s stated preferences, needs and desires.
• Creates a positive environment for our guests in accordance with the vision of the store by acting in a welcoming and approachable manner during customer interactions.
• Straightens, arranges, stocks and dusts off merchandise, maintains shelving areas as directed by management and participates in the designing of displays.
• Locates merchandise for customers, placing special orders to find desired items if necessary.
• Handles refunds, returns and exchanges with a focus on timeliness and customer service.
• Ensures cleanliness of the workplace.

A Seasonal Frontliner is a retail sales associate who is responsible for selling merchandise and assisting customers in finding the right product for a period of time. Day to day duties include customer service tasks such as welcoming shoppers, offering assistance, making recommendations, answering questions and explaining the features of products. As the public face of the company, a frontliner is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers.
