Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of a group of call center associates, including attendance monitoring.
• Coach direct reports regularly to ensure metrics are met weekly.
• Identify performance issues and set improvement plans, including corrective action up to termination.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs meet contractual and financial expectations.
• Communicate expectations and provide timely updates to the team.
