Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Seasonal Team Leader (EMEA) in the Philippines to supervise a group of call center associates on a daily basis, ensuring KPI targets and service levels are met. You will coach, mentor, and motivate the team, escalating issues and implementing performance improvement plans when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field; 2–4 years relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and coach a team under pressure and meet timelines.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of call center associates on a day-to-day basis, including attendance monitoring.
• Coach direct reports regularly to meet performance metrics and KPIs.
• Identify performance issues, develop action plans, and implement corrective actions up to termination.
• Ensure service quality meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
• Lead team meetings and communicate expectations, updates and feedback.
