Job summary

Avid Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking a store Associate in Metro Manila to meet store targets and uphold Brand Customer Service standards.

You will clearly communicate product features, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure stock is organized and accurately labelled on the sales floor. Responsibilities include processing deliveries, replenishing fixtures, reducing losses, and following policies while engaging in ongoing training to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
• Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
• Communicate product features and benefits to address customers’ needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand
• Adhere to all established policies and procedures
• Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s product offer is represented on the sales floor
• Minimize loss in both the stockroom and the sales floor
• Perform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner
• Complete all applicable training programs and apply the learning on the job
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance

• Managing inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked, and maintaining product displays
• Monitor stock levels, organize merchandise, and assist in receiving deliveries
