Job summary

Avid Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking staff to support store operations in Metro Manila. The role focuses on achieving KPI targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating product benefits to customers.

You will maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory, process deliveries, and ensure shelves are stocked and displays are tidy. Training and coaching will be provided to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, and ownership to meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Communicate product features and benefits to address customer needs.
• Adhere to all established policies and procedures.
• Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Process deliveries quickly and replenish merchandising fixtures regularly.
• Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform store operations safely, effectively and efficiently.
• Complete trainings and apply learning on the job.
• Seek coaching and opportunities to improve performance.
• Manage inventory, stock shelves, and assist in receiving deliveries.
• Ensure products are labeled, check for damaged goods, and keep the store tidy.
• Handle other tasks assigned by Retail Operation Department.

8. 8. Perform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner
9. 9. Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job
