Astoria Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Commissary Cook Level 3 (Seasonal) for the Main Kitchen in Pasig City. The role covers high-volume prep, inventory handling, and strict adherence to HACCP and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, proper storage, and assisting in bulk production across hotel-wide outlets. Fresh graduates and OJT graduates are welcome with relevant culinary training.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
• TESDA Cookery NC II / Commercial Cooking NC II.

Responsabilités

• High-volume prep and bulk production following exact standardized recipe cards.
• Inventory receiving, quality check, FIFO storage, and inter-department transfers.
• Strict HACCP procedures and hotel food safety standards; monitor temperatures and maintain logs.
• Operate heavy commissary equipment and report any malfunctioning machinery or hazards.
