Aufgaben

• Provide legendary customer service and create Starbucks Experience.
• Prepare quality beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment at all times.
• Handle cash and operate per store policies and safety rules.
• Assist with training and coaching of new partners as needed.
• Support the team during high volume and maintain calm under pressure.
• Identify customer needs and respond with a welcoming approach.
• Ensure accuracy in orders and presentation per guidelines.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain punctual attendance and perform various tasks during shifts.
• Contribute to a positive team morale and store culture.
• Protect store assets and follow security procedures.
