Qualifications

• Must maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Engages with customers with clear, pleasant communication.
• Meets required dress code.

Responsibilities

• Provides legendary customer service and creates the Starbucks Experience for customers.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during peak times to keep store operations smooth.
• Assists with training new partners and coaches peers as needed.
• Delivers quality beverages and food products by following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace for staff and customers.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
