Job summary

Starbucks is hiring a Seasonal Part-Time Barista for a store in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You will deliver legendary customer service, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, and keep a clean store environment.

The role involves shift work with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers perks like partner discounts and free beverages on shift. For full-time roles, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2nd year college students also welcome for part-time

Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Excellent customer service and ability to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service and create the Starbucks Experience.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with training and coaching of partners as needed.
• Deliver quality beverages and food items per recipes and standards.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly during shifts and maintain Third Place environment.
