Job summary

Starbucks Philippines is hiring seasonal part-time Baristas for Ali-Mall, Cubao, Quezon City, to deliver the Starbucks Experience with friendly service and quality beverages. As a partner, you’ll join a community that values integrity, teamwork and guest care, with flexible hours, rest days and store perks while you grow in a global coffee brand.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing beverages to standard recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and following cash-handling procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to meet store policies including cash handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service and the Starbucks Experience to all customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store and workspace for efficient operations.
• Anticipate customer needs and respond to cues to create the Third Place environment.
• Support training and coaching of new partners as needed.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
