Job summary

Airspeed International Corp. in Angeles, Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate FCL and LCL shipments from booking through final delivery.

You will be the main point of contact between customers, shippers, consolidators, carriers, and agents to ensure timely updates and smooth shipment coordination. Responsibilities include monitoring shipment status, handling inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating billing concerns, and addressing shipment issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or seafreight operations.
• Knowledge of FCL and LCL shipping processes and documentation (HBS, MBL, FSI, AFR, etc.).
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment status and handle customer inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Coordinate billing concerns and address shipment-related issues while ensuring regulatory compliance.
