Job summary

Admattic is seeking a commercially driven SEA Programmatic Ad Sales professional based in Manila to drive client acquisition, agency partnerships, and revenue growth across Southeast Asia. You will work with brands, agencies, trading desks, and advertising partners to expand Admattic's regional footprint.

As part of the sales team, you will build a strong pipeline, present programmatic solutions, negotiate terms, and manage relationships across multiple SEA markets, including the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in programmatic advertising sales or related B2B sales.
• Experience selling advertising solutions to media agencies, brands or advertisers in SEA preferred.
• Basic understanding of programmatic advertising, digital media buying, campaign metrics, and advertising technologies.
• Existing relationships with media agencies, trading desks, or advertisers in Southeast Asia will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive programmatic ad sales across Southeast Asian markets and acquire new clients.
• Develop agency relationships and expand Admattic's regional business.
• Present Admattic solutions and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline, and client records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
