Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a capable Freight Forwarding Team Lead in Cebu City to drive operations, meet targets, and coach the team. You will manage performance, assign tasks, and coordinate resources to ensure smooth freight movements, including sea logistics, with a strong focus on accuracy and teamwork.

The role requires 2–5 years of leadership experience, a Bachelor’s in logistics or related field, and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
2–5 years leadership/management experience.
Minimum 2 years work experience in Sea Logistics.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide information to the Manager on team performance.
Communicate assignments, milestones and deadlines to the team based on Manager's instructions.
Identify training needs and relay them to the Manager.
Monitor attendance and address behavioral issues.
Coordinate resources and supplies for the team.
Ensure the group works efficiently and in unity.
Assist in coordinating and motivating team members.
Prepare reports on performance metrics.
Lead team meetings and participate in escalations.
Monitor workload and reallocates tasks as needed.
