Job summary

TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a Freight Forwarder for Sea Import in Parañaque. The role requires strong knowledge of sea freight forwarding, shipment monitoring, and proficiency with the Cargowise system. You will handle manifest submission to the Bureau of Customs and prepare release documents for brokers.

Project-based employment is offered; candidate must be able to start ASAP and adapt to tight schedules. The position is based in Aseana, Parañaque City.

Qualifications

• BS Customs Administration required or equivalent.
• Knowledge or experience in using Cargowise is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sea freight forwarding operations.
• Monitor arrival of shipments and coordinate timelines.
• Prepare & submit manifest electronically to the Bureau of Customs.
• Prepare documents for release to broker (Delivery Order, Container Guaranty, Authorization).
• Open to project-based employment; can start ASAP.
