Job summary

Calltek is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager) to lead multiple agile software teams in a SaaS environment. You will drive Scrum practices, coach teams, and ensure delivery aligned with business goals from the Philippines.

The role requires coordinating across locations and ensuring timely, quality outcomes. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of Scrum Master experience with 5+ years in Agile project management, and hold a Bachelor's degree with CSM/PSM or equivalent

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Scrum Master experience and 5+ years of Agile Project Management experience, preferably SaaS product development.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams across different geographic locations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
