MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Site Construction Supervisor to join our team. The role requires on-site presence in the Philippines or Singapore, with a focus on secure facilities like SCIFs and specialized network infrastructure integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years as Construction Site Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing projects for cleared government or defense facilities.
• Experience with SCIF construction and security accreditation.
• Experience overseeing network infrastructure installation in new construction.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Dual-Jurisdiction building code mastery: IBC and PD 1096.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all on-site construction activities from foundation to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with building codes in the US and Philippines.
• Manage subcontractors and on-site staff.
• Oversee SCIF construction, including security measures.
• Coordinate installation and testing of network infrastructure.
• Maintain master construction schedule and enforce a strict safety program.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams and report progress daily.
• Prepare daily reports and manage change orders.
