Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation is looking for a Site Security Manager (SSM) to oversee the security for multiple sites within the National Capital Region (NCR). The SSM will be responsible for drafting and implementing the Construction Security Plan (CSP) in accordance with DoD regulations, conducting security inspections, and ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of six years in security, especially SCIF construction, along with necessary security clearances. The position offers a competitive salary range and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance; CI Polygraph preferred.
• Minimum of six years security experience, especially in SCIF construction.
• Three years working on ICD-705 construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft CSP and outline risk mitigation strategies for multiple sites.
• Conduct periodic security inspections to ensure compliance.
• Develop SOPs for the SSM Staff.
