Job summary

SGS is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Manila to scope, prepare and submit quotes for pharma testing. You will liaise between clients and the Microbiology and Chemistry department to ensure on-time delivery of services and high quality results.

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing timely updates to clients. Strong English skills and familiarity with CRM/proposal tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as Chemistry or Microbiology.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Pharma laboratory testing and cGMP experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, study protocols, and RFPs in pharma domain.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with quoting/proposal tools such as Salesforce or PandaDoc is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Scope work for proposals and prepare quotes for compendial testing.
• Maintain client and quote data in CRM/quotation platforms.
• Coordinate between clients and lab to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Provide information and follow-up to clients as needed.
• Coordinate technical support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Notify operations of incoming samples and ensure timely testing communications.
• Ensure GMP/GLP/ISO compliance and SGS policies are followed.
• Collaborate with Sales, PM, Finance and Operations.
