Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BSN with an active PRC RN license, at least 3 years of clinical experience, and certifications in First Aid and BLS, with strong integrity and facilitation skills to support campus wellness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and valid PRC RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; school/academic setting is a plus.
• Must be First Aid and BLS certified; ALS and related trainings are advantageous.
• Knowledge of EMR management, emergency triage, health documentation, and DOH compliance.
• Strong integrity, confidentiality, organization, and service orientation; capable of handling pressure; strong facilitation skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and compliant healthcare services, triage, referrals, and emergency response to students and staff.
• Conduct emergency drills, protocol reviews, and readiness checks.
• Maintain and audit medical records and EMR with DOH and privacy compliance.
• Lead health awareness and wellness programs for the institution.
• Manage clinic supplies and health-related communications and required reports.
• Coordinate health and clinic-related concerns with Security, Facilities, HR/Admin, faculty, and staff.
