Responsibilities

• Develop new recipes, products, and menu concepts based on direction and market trends.
• Test recipes, conduct sensory evaluation, and improve products.
• Prepare product costing, yield testing, and standard recipe documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, QA, Marketing, and Production for launches.
• Ensure food safety, quality, taste, appearance, and cost standards.
• Maintain R&D kitchen cleanliness and safety.
