Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to drive SAP transformation initiatives.

You will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP consultants, and project leaders to ensure governance and on-time delivery. In this role you will manage project schedules, risks, issues, and status reporting; support SAP Finance workshops, testing, and change management; and help ensure compliance with PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP, ERP implementations, project coordination, PMO, or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance (SAP FICO) and finance business processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support SAP and enterprise transformation projects from planning through deployment.
• Manage project schedules, governance documentation, risks, issues, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive project success.
• Support SAP Finance-related workshops, testing, training, and change management activities.
• Ensure project compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to future digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
