Job summary

INFOSIGHT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an SAP Testing Lead to own the end-to-end test strategy and execution for a DSO S/4HANA deployment, including SIT, UAT, regression, performance and security testing with governance.

The role requires 10+ years SAP testing experience, 5+ years as test lead, and two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations; ISTQB/SAP/Tricentis certifications are preferred. You will coordinate UAT, manage test data, environments, and reporting for audit-ready artefacts.

Qualifications

• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent testing credential.

Responsibilities

• Own master test strategy and plan across SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security and cutover/testing.
• Establish test governance—entry/exit criteria, defect management, and requirement-to-test-case traceability.
• Own test data management, including masked/representative data for classified constraints.
• Coordinate UAT with business users; manage defect triage, retest and sign-off cycles.
• Lead performance/load testing with Technical Architect and security coordination with Security.
• Manage test environments and cycles; own the test-automation approach where applicable.
• Own test reporting and quality gates for go/no-go decisions.
• Ensure test artefacts meet audit and acceptance-criteria requirements.

Job Description: SAP Testing Lead

1. Role-SAP Testing Lead

Owns the end-to-end test strategy and execution — SIT, UAT, regression, performance and security testing — and test governance for the DSO S/4HANA implementation.

3. Project Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Own the master test strategy and plan across unit, SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security and cutover / mock testing.
• Establish test governance — entry / exit criteria, defect management and requirement-to-test-case traceability.
• Own test data management, including masked / representative data suitable for classified / defence constraints.
• Coordinate UAT with DSO business users; manage defect triage, retest and sign-off cycles.
• Lead performance / load testing with the Technical Architect and security / penetration-test coordination with Security.
• Manage test environments and cycles with Basis; own the test-automation approach where applicable.
• Own test reporting and quality gates feeding go / no-go decisions.
• Ensure test artefacts meet audit and acceptance-criteria requirements.

4. Relevant SAP Implementation Experience

Minimum: 10+ years SAP testing experience, of which 5+ years as a test lead / manager, with at least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations owning end-to-end test delivery.

5. Relevant Expertise

• Test management: master test strategy, SIT / UAT / regression / performance / security, and defect / traceability governance.
• Tooling: SAP test tools (Solution Manager Test Suite, Tricentis / CBTA or equivalent) and automation frameworks.
• Test data: test-data management and data masking for sensitive / classified data.
• Coordination: performance testing, security / penetration-test coordination and environment scheduling.
• Public-sector / defence: testing under classified data and government acceptance / audit regimes.

Required

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent testing credential.
• SAP Activate awareness.

Strongly preferred

• ISTQB Advanced (Test Manager).
• SAP / Tricentis test-tool certification.
• PMP or PRINCE2.
• Security-awareness credential.
• Existing or prior Singapore security clearance.
