Job summary

CHEQ Software Testing in Makati, Philippines, seeks a capable QA Lead to steer a testing team, align with project goals, and drive quality across web and mobile applications. You will define testing strategies, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients and developers to deliver reliable software.

You will oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, manage defect processes, and report findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar four-year course.
• At least 3 years of Software Testing experience including leadership roles.
• Experience in Software Testing for Web and Mobile Applications, SAP systems, Automation, or Performance Testing.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, with ability to discern AI-generated content preferred.
