Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a QA Analyst to support SAP testing in Cebu or Manila. The role validates functional and nonfunctional requirements, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures tests are traceable and testable.

Responsibilities include creating test plans and scripts, preparing test data, executing tests, and tracking defects with ALM/JIRA. At least two years in functional test planning and exposure to automation tools (Selenium, UFT, Tosca) are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in functional test planning.
• Experience creating and executing test cases and scripts.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4 is a plus.
• Familiar with defect tracking tools (ALM, JIRA, qTest).

Job Description:

• Perform requirements analysis to ensure functional and/or non-functional requirements are valid and can be tested
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to clarify any requirements prior test planning.
• Create test plan (test scenarios, test scripts) against the SAP user requirements defined.
• Prepare test data relevant to the test scripts created for the SAP user requirements.
• Execute test scripts in the defined SAP test environment.
• *as applicable** will be upskilled to use automate testing tools to enable candidate with the creation and execution of automated test scripts.
• Responsibly track and manage test scripts, defects logged, or any open issues assigned to.
• Required Skill: Expertise in functional test planning.
• Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, HP UFT, TestComplete, Tricentis TOSCA, or Worksoft Certify.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Experience in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as, ALM, JIRA, qTest, or Bugzilla.
• Experience in SAP ECC / S/4 is an advantage.
• The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in functional test planning.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
• This position is open for Cebu and Manila office.
