Job summary

Benby Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Specialist to streamline financial accounting and controlling processes across modules. You will translate business requirements into functional specs, work with SAP specialists, and support FI/CO configurations in ECC 6.0.

The role is 100% onsite in Banawe, Quezon City, with travel to distribution centers as needed, and involves testing, UAT coordination, and end-user training to ensure data integrity and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience as an SAP FI/CO Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Proficiency in configuring SAP FI/CO modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to financial accounting and controlling processes
• Work closely with SAP specialists (ABAP, MDM, MM, WM, SD) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across modules
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents
• Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules, including FI (Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Accounting) and CO (Controlling Area, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP FI/CO modules, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Perform system maintenance tasks, including updates and upgrades
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain necessary approvals
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and procedures
• Conduct training sessions and develop user manuals to support end-user adoption
