Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions seeks an SAP FI/CO Specialist to analyze, design, configure, and support the SAP FI/CO module within SAP ECC 6.0. You will work closely with business users to gather requirements, configure, customize, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

The role is full-time and onsite in Quezon City, with occasional nationwide site visits. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, plus benefits including 15 days leave and HMO upon regularization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Accountancy/Business Admin or related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP FI/CO Specialist, SAP ECC 6.0 hands-on.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Collaborate with other SAP Specialists (ABAP, MDM, MM, WM, SD) for integration and data-related matters.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.
• Configure SAP FI/CO modules (e.g., Chart of Accounts, FI-General Ledger, FI-Accounts Payable, FI-Accounts Receivable, FI-Bank Accounting, CO-Controlling Area, CO-Cost Element Accounting, CO-Cost Center, CO-Profit Center, CO-Internal Orders) based on business requirements.
• Customize and enhance the FI/CO module to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Provide day-to-day support for the SAP FI/CO module, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Perform system maintenance tasks, including regular system updates and upgrades.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of the SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Perform internal testing to validate and confirm customization or setup accuracy and stability.
• Coordinate with business users for user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain signoffs.
• Prepare detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to facilitate end-user adoption and proficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes within a business context.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in configuring SAP FI/CO modules, including Chart of Accounts, FI‑General Ledger, FI-Accounts Payable, FI-Accounts Receivable, FI-Bank Accounting, CO-Controlling Area, CO-Cost Element Accounting, COCost Center, CO-Profit Center, CO-Internal Orders.

Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, WM, SD, PP).

Ability to write functional specifications for ABAP programming
