GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is hiring an experienced SAP MM Consultant to provide functional support for SAP ECC6 and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Materials Management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex requirements while delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Filinvest, Alabang, with mid-shift hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in SAP MM.
• Experience configuring and supporting SAP ECC6 environments.
• Knowledge of SAP integration points and cross-functional processes, especially with SAP PP.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support SAP MM in SAP ECC6 environment.
• Analyze complex business requirements and propose suitable system solutions.
• Gather, interpret, validate, and document business requirements.
• Lead workshops to capture requirements and map them to SAP MM functionalities.
• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP MM solutions based on business needs.
• Identify gaps and issues and implement workarounds to maintain operations.
• Liaise with clients to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting related modules, notably PP.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with urgency in resolving requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and provide support for SAP MM in SAP ECC6 environment.

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and recommend appropriate system solutions.

• Identify, interpret, validate, and document business and customer requirements.

• Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives to SAP MM functionalities.

• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP MM solutions based on business needs.

• Identify system gaps, issues, and workarounds to ensure smooth operations.

• Serve as the primary liaison with clients for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and resolving software-related issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support involving related modules, particularly Production Planning (PP).

• Deliver high-quality customer service with a strong sense of urgency in resolving issues and requests.

• Support continuous process improvements and system optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP MM.

• Strong experience supporting and configuring SAP ECC6.

• Knowledge of SAP integration points and cross‑functional processes, particularly with SAP PP (Production Planning).

• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, configuration, testing, and support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Customer‑focused with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Filinvest, Alabang.

• Must be willing to work mid shift.

• Must have a stable internet connection at home for remote work requirements.
